VENDOR EARLY BIRD FEE AVAILABLE NOW and until 9/30. APPLY UNDER "VENDOR INFO"

We invite you to join us for the 2nd Annual Dickens in Dillard, a Victorian Christmas festival nestled in the beautiful North Georgia mountains!
Following a magical and successful inaugural year, we are excited to welcome even more talented artists, artisans, makers, and food vendors to our storybook-inspired Christmas village. Picture festive garlands, Victorian characters, music, laughter, delicious aromas, and plenty of holiday cheer, all inspired by the timeless charm of A Christmas Carol.
Our vendors are truly at the heart of the experience. Your creativity, products, food, and festive spirit help bring the magic of Dickens in Dillard to life. We encourage you to submit a vendor application and become part of this growing mountain Christmas tradition! ✨
Please complete and submit your application. Applications will be reviewed and approvals sent out within 15 days from date of submission.
Only approved products may be sold at the Victorian Christmas Festival to help maintain the festive and cohesive feel of the market. Please review all the information provided here before applying.
If approved, vendors will receive payment instructions and additional information.
To keep our market village looking charming and consistent during the Dickens in Dillard event, all vendors agree to the following standards outlined in the vendor application for the Victorian Christmas Festival:
For your participation in the Dickens in Dillard event, please use greenery, garlands, bows, fabric, wooden crates, and baskets for your display.
All tables must be fully draped or skirted. Please refrain from using glitter, tinsel, metallic garland, or loose shiny sprinkles, as the mountain wind will find them 😅.
Ensure that all items fit within your 10x10 footprint and remember that weights are required: a minimum of 40 lbs per tent leg is necessary for safety. These guidelines are important for your vendor application for the Victorian Christmas Festival.
Dickens in Dillard will accept a limited number of food trucks and vendors preparing fresh food or beverages onsite. Because we are creating an immersive Victorian Christmas experience, our food and beverage area should complement the festival theme.
Food trucks must place a decorated 10′ × 10′ or 10′ × 20′ tent in front of the truck’s serving side to create a welcoming, customer-facing booth.
Fresh food and beverage vendors operating from tents must use at least two sidewalls. The back may remain open. If a tent displays logos or modern branding, vendors should make every reasonable effort to tastefully soften or conceal them with Victorian-inspired Christmas décor.
Decorations do not need to be elaborate or expensive. Floor-length table coverings, greenery, burgundy ribbon, wreaths, baskets, chalkboard-style menus, and battery-operated lanterns can quickly create the right look.
Please do not use glitter, tinsel, metallic fringe, flashing or multicolored lights, inflatables, or other overly modern decorations. All other festival tent and decorating requirements also apply.
We truly appreciate our wonderful vendors and their willingness to help create the magic of Dickens in Dillard! Please contact us with any questions or decorating ideas—we are flexible and happy to work with you.
Costumes are required for everyone working at the Dickens in Dillard event and will have contact with the attendees. A simple Victorian-inspired outfit is perfect! Think: shawls, scarves, vests, capes, bonnets, top hats, wooly wraps, and cozy layers. There’s no need to buy expensive costumes for the Festival! You can create a charming Victorian look using clothes you already own or with a quick stop at a thrift store. Aim for cozy, layered, and festive — not historically perfect. If it feels like a storybook Christmas village, you’re doing it right ✨

Electricity: Electricity will be provided on an as-needed basis for essential, low-wattage use only, think Christmas lights, not appliances. Access to outlets is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Dickens in Dillard reserves the right to determine whether electricity will be provided based on its intended use and available capacity.
Space heaters of any kind are strictly prohibited. Vendors may not use generators, extension cords from unauthorized sources, or any electrical source other than an outlet specifically assigned by the festival.
To help maintain the Victorian atmosphere, we encourage historical-style lanterns, battery-operated lanterns, concealed battery-powered lighting, or non-blinking holiday lights. Propane or kerosene lanterns and oil lamps may also be used, provided all fire-safety requirements are followed. Any booth using an open flame or other flammable materials must have a portable, fully functioning fire extinguisher.
Pets: Vendors and attendees may not bring pets to the festival. We love them too, but they’ll need to sit this one out! Service animals are permitted as required by law.
Weather: Dickens in Dillard is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors who choose to cancel because of the weather are welcome to reapply the following year; however, all vendor fees are non-refundable.
